1. Member Associations are advised to log on to Yonex-Sunrise Malaysia Open GP Gold Badminton Championships 2011 and submit the entries online.
2. You will require a username and password to submit your entries and this can be obtained from the BWFplease contact Mr. Venugopal at v.mahalingam@bwfbadminton.org. The online entry page will close immediately on the entries closing date at 23:59 hours BWF Headquarters time (+08:00h GMT) and you are required to submit the entries on time. Late entries will not be accepted.
3. No entry forms are required by Member Association. All entries must be submitted online only.
4. After the closing date, the BWF Online Entry System will send notification to all participating Member Associations confirming receipt of final entries. Receipt of this notification is the conclusive evidence of receipt of entries before the deadline. The Member Associations should contact BWF immediately if such notice is not received by the Wednesday (next day of the entries closing date) by noon BWF Headquarters time (+08.00h GMT) following close of entries. If no objection is received by BWF by Thursday (second day after the entries closing day) 23.59 hours BWF Headquarters time (+08.00h GMT) following the close of entries, the entries shall be deemed to be correct. No complaints / objections shall be entertained after this point.

   Reservations: Association are requested to email the hotel reservation form not later than 15th April 2011 to Ms. Angelly Lim at email sales@starcity.com.my or fax at ++604-735 5999.

   Payment: No guarantee can be given with respect to late booking. 50% non-refundable deposit of the total amount should be paid by 22nd April 2011. You may modify the number of rooms, number of night of stay and participant's name without penalty before the 28th April 2011. Final 50% payment must be made when check-in at the hotel on the arrival date.
